CSM Football out to pay back American River

Two CSM students receive scholarships to Study Abroad
Ariana Finato and Yareli Torres from CSM were selected to receive $1,000 from AIFS and $500 from SMCCCD Foundation Study Abroad Scholarship. As part of their scholarship, they will blog about their experiences in Barcelona on a weekly basis to be shared on the Study Abroad Program’s Facebook page.
San Mateo’s KCSM still plays all that jazz
KCSM, which began as a learning center for broadcasting students, has programmed jazz full-time since 1988, outlasting KJAZ, which folded in 1994. In fact, much of that legendary station’s music library — more than 12,000 albums — is now at KCSM.
