About the workshop:
Helping students manage their injuries in a public class and creating a skillful environment that decreases the potential for new injuries requires ongoing practice and education. Learn a big-picture approach for dealing with injuries that uses a specific protocol for responding to students' pain in a responsible, appropriate way. We will also cover common knee, hip, back, and shoulder challenges and provide ways for students with these challenges to thrive in a group class.
For teachers and those looking to deepen their yoga practice. Mostly discussion and lecture, some asana.
