San Mateo County Community College District has closed its Coastside office located at 225 Cabrillo Highway in Half Moon Bay. Supported by funding from Measure G, the Coastside location was able to remain open and offer classes through the Fall 2011 semester. However, ongoing budget pressures made it necessary to redistribute those resources and maintaining such a prominent presence was no longer sustainable.   We hope that we will be able to continue offering for credit and community education classes on a limited basis at other coast side locations in 2012.

We would like to thank the coast side community for their unwavering support of our efforts to "bring education closer to home" and hope that you will continue to take advantage of the many offerings at the colleges within the district, Cañada College, Skyline College and College of San Mateo.

For the Spring 2012 semester we will be offering ART 201 Drawing and Composition I and ART 202 Drawing and Composition II at the Half Moon Bay High School. Please review the WebSchedule for information about these and other classes.
