DegreeWorks and Transcript Evaluation Services
All students who plan to complete a certificate, associate degree, and/or transfer to a university should use the new DegreeWorks tool. Additionally, students who have completed coursework at a college or university outside the San Mateo Community College District should have their previous transcripts evaluated during their first semester at CSM.

CSM Counseling Appointment "No Show" Policy
It is essential to arrive on time for your scheduled counseling appointment. If you are unable to keep the appointment, it is your responsibility to cancel or reschedule prior to the scheduled appointment. Arriving late or not showing up to a scheduled counseling appointment results in cancellation of the appointment and it is marked as a "no show".
After two NO SHOWS (missed appointments or late arrivals) you are no longer permitted to schedule counseling appointments. You are, however, able to use drop-in counseling services.
Drop-in counseling services are limited and available only on a first-come, first-served basis. Students using drop-in services must be prepared to wait.
