CSM Presents at the County Fair
On June 15 and 18 CSM will be participating at the San Mateo County Fair with music on the "Blues and Brews" stage and marketing and program tables. The tables will be open from Noon - 4:00 pm; we invite staff, faculty, administration and student participation. If you're interested in volunteering to assist at the marketing tables please contact Beverley Madden and/or Alex Guiriba. If you can't volunteer just come by and say hi when you attend the fair. Complimentary CSM balloons will be provided for children and there will be several free drawings. Last year the San Mateo Athletic Club provide a one month free membership. The Community Relations & Marketing Office coordinates this event.
Last year's musical talent on stage included: the all-employee CSM Bulldawg Band the first weekend. Chris Cortez (Native Elements) and Sam Haun (Luvhed) of KCSM headlined with their respective bands on the College's final day at the fair. Theatre Events Manager, Helen Souranoff, coordinates and books acts for CSM Presents.
