Apply for Admission
New students can apply for admission in one of three ways:
- Complete the online application through WebSMART..
- Print a copy of the application form (PDF).
Submit your application form either in person at the Office of Admissions and Records
(Bldg. 1, Second Floor), by fax (650 574-6506) or by mail to:

Register for Classes
After submitting the application form, you will receive an appointment date by mail so you can register for classes using WebSMART online.
