Degree Application
1. Complete either the Degree Evaluation or 'What-If Analysis' on WebSMART.
3. Print, sign and date the degree application form

1. Complete either the Degree Evaluation or 'What-If Analysis' on WebSMART.
a. Complete the Degree Evaluation on WebSMART.
2. Fill out the Application for Degree- Log on to WebSMART
- Click on Student Services
- Go to DegreeWorks, print the evaluation, and go to Step 2
If you didn't see the evaluation in DegreeWorks, you might have an undeclared major
or Catalog Rights prior to 2007 and should complete a 'What-If Analysis'.
- If you have an undeclared major or Catalog Rights prior to 2007, go back to the ‘Student Services’ page.
Click on ‘Student Records’, then ‘Degree/Certificate Evaluation’, then ‘Submit’ - Click on ‘What-If Analysis’, then follow Steps 1-4
- On the ‘Degree Evaluation Display Options’ page, select the desired display, then click on ‘Submit’ to generate your Degree Evaluation
- Print and attach a copy of the Degree Evaluation to your Degree Application
- If the evaluation indicates areas as 'unmet' you must write in how you met the requirements otherwise this application will be returned to you
- If transfer coursework is to be considered, the Transcript Evaluation/Course Substitution Form must be in Admissions and Records file before submitting this form
- Name to be inscribed on diploma should match our student records
- To change your name in our student record, please bring a copy of the SSN card and a copy of your picture ID to Admissions & Records
- Catalog right allows the students to hold the graduation requirements listed in the catalog at the time enrollment begins. Continuous enrollment is required in order to hold the catalog rights. 'Continuous enrollment' means attending at least one term (fall, spring, summer) each academic year. Attendance is required through the fourth week of instruction for semester length classes, or thirty percent of summer classes and fall or spring semester classes that are shorter than the full semester
