Social Justice: Understanding Problems and Solutions in the New Millennium

Social Justice looks closely at both your own identity—who you are, what groups you belong to, and how these groups shape you—and our society today. Students seek answers to these questions:
How do groups come to see the world so differently and what causes conflict between them? Can we resolve such social problems as crime, poverty, and discrimination, or are these things inevitable?

The class meets MWF from 8:10 to 10:00 a. m.
