Reference By Phone
Librarians can provide answers by phone to specific and brief factual questions such as historical facts, dates or quotations; the use of our online catalog, databases, and reference sources; assistance placing holds and verifying that CSM items are available (shelf check); and the completion of bibliographic citations. You can also call or stop by the Reference Desk to schedule an in-person appointment with a CSM Reference Librarian for more detailed research assistance if needed.
Circulation By Phone
Library Staff can provide answers by phone to specific questions regarding your library card account such as item due dates; fines and fees; and general library policies. Staff can also assist with renewing CSM items. Have your library card available when calling the Circulation Desk.
