The guidelines for Instructional program review are posted below. See "Resources" at the Student Services section below, for access to templates especially adapted for Student Services.
Please note that the forms have been revised (2/21/2010) to improve ease of use, clarify terms and instructions, and create greater consistency between the Comprehensive and Annual Program Review forms. In addition, a variety of data and informational resources are listed at the end of each form.
