About the Data
There are 4 data sets provide here for CSM as a whole, each division or division category as a whole, and each department or program as indicated on the Programs Receiving an Annual Data Set from PRIE list.

The 4 data sets include:

Comprehensive 3-Year Look Academic Years: 2005-06, 2006-07, and 2007-08

  • includes core program indicators
  • excludes summers
  • includes student success and achievement data for the most recent year, disaggregated by ethnicity, gender, and age
Core Program Indicator Data Solely
  • 3 years of Fall terms only, 2005, 2006, and 2007
  • 3 years of Spring terms only, 2006, 2007, and 2008
  • 3 years of Summer terms only, 2006, 2007, and 2008 (where applicable)

During the period for which data is provided (2005-2008), there have been three different alignments of instructional divisions and departments.

Because of the period of time covered by the data, the program review data for the Core Program and Student Success Indicators are organized into the following division categories:



Please note:
In some cases there may be discrepancies between the totals for "Enrollments/Duplicated Headcount" and the "Successful Course Completion Rates." This discrepancy is not an error. The course-completion rates may reflect the fact that some students dropped before receiving a "W," and, therefore, are not included in the final count.
