Overview

The Career Services Center provides resources and tools that assist students and community members with the exploration and decision making process as it relates to the selection of their college major and/or career.

The Center provides:

• assistance in finding career opportunities and internships
• labor market information
• Internet resources including the Perfect Interview, our free program that allows students to video tape themselves being interviewed
• career classes
• individual career assistance

Employers can post job listings on CSM JobLinks, our no charge online job posting program, attend career fairs and career information events and assist in preparing students for work.

Perfect Interview™ is an innovative learning tool that you can use to enhance your job interviewing skills and develop an edge over the competition. Perfect Interview™ creates a compelling and realistic "simulated interview" experience similar to the real thing in which you are asked challenging questions and can record your responses for playback and improvement.In addition, you can watch two other applicants respond to the same question and hear a career coach share tips about how to best answer each question. All you need is a webcam and computer or come to the Career Center and use ours. Try it now!
