Overview
The College of San Mateo Theatre is home to a multitude of community events including musical concerts, theatrical events, dance performance, lecture series and film festivals.
Built in 1962, the CSM Theatre received a generous donation in 2000 which allowed for installation of our THX certified audio system, lighting upgrades and seating upgrades. Since then, CSM's Theatre has been home base for such recognized groups as the Peninsula Symphony and the CSM Panhandlers.
The CSM Theatre has served as a setting for commercials, lecture space, film screenings, film festivals, graduation ceremonies and many other events.
