When You're On Campus
In addition to our online resources, the CSM Library provides additional services and features for those students who can make it to campus.
GETTING HERE
The library is located in Building 9 at the southeast end of campus. Please check
directions and library hours before coming to the CSM Library:
THE BUILDING
The multi-level library is ADA accessible and filled with spacious readings tables,
individual study areas, and comfortable lounge seating. With panoramic views of the
San Francisco Bay, San Mateo Bridge, and all of San Mateo County, the library has
some of the best views on campus.
BOOKS
The CSM Library houses over 71,000 print volumes and more than 150 print periodical
subscriptions.
RESERVES
Some instructors place textbooks and reading material for their courses on reserve
at the library each semester.
TECHNOLOGY
In addition to being a wireless hotspot providing free WiFi for CSM students, the
library has free computer work stations with internet access (Mac and PC). Library
computers have word processing, spreadhseet, database, graphics and web authoring
software.
The library's copy room has several black and white photocopiers (15 cents a copy),
black and white printers (15 cents a page), and color printing (25 cents a page).<br/

LIBRARIANS
There is a CSM Librarian waiting to help you at all times during the library's open
hours. Come to the reference desk if you have any questions or need any help with
locating resources or researching a topic.
