Once Accepted

You will receive an email as to the next step. The student will have a mandatory meeting with the Program Director prior to orientation to go over the items listed below.

Required Exams, Immunizations, and Lab Tests

1. Physical Exam and Immunizations and Lab Form
2. Dental Exam Form
3. CPR/BLS for Health Care Provider through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Once accepted, you will need to attend a mandatory Dental Assisting orientation/informational meeting, dates to be announced.
