The CSM Library building is physically is closed and there is no staff on campus. Real-time, in-person phone service is not currently available. You may leave a message with your email and a contact number, and the library will respond when your message is received. Please see current Library hours.
Reference Services by Phone -
Librarians can provide answers by phone to specific and brief factual questions; the use of our online catalog, databases, and other library sources; assistance placing holds and verifying that CSM items are available (shelf check); and the completion of citations for essays. More complex questions may involve additional follow-up through online chat or email. You can also call the Reference Desk to schedule an in-person appointment with a CSM Reference Librarian for more detailed research assistance.
Circulation Services by Phone -
Library Staff can provide answers by phone to specific questions regarding your library card account such as item due dates; fines and fees; and general library policies. Staff can also assist with renewing CSM items. Have your library card available when calling the Circulation Desk.
