Community Outreach

CSM’s Community Outreach efforts are rooted in building strong, meaningful connections with local organizations, cultural groups, and community members. We aim to make higher education more accessible by meeting people where they are—whether at community events, resource fairs, or through partnerships with trusted local institutions.

Our Services Include:

Participation in Community Events & Resource Fairs
We represent CSM at local events to share information about programs, services, and opportunities available to prospective students and their families.

Workshops & Presentations for Community Organizations
We collaborate with nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and cultural groups to offer college readiness workshops, financial aid sessions, and enrollment support.

Campus Tours for Community GroupsWe offer guided campus tours tailored for community-based organizations, adult learners, and nontraditional students. Tours highlight CSM’s academic programs, student services, and vibrant campus life.

Partnership Development
We actively build relationships with community-based organizations to increase awareness of CSM programs and create new pathways to college.
